2] The assumption to know whether the future will be like the past.

3] The assumption that the apparent object of one's sensory attention is in fact a single thing instead of a temporal sequence of unrelated similar things.

4] The assumption that the 'self' is a unified subject of sensory experience, rather than merely a temporal sequence of unrelated states and dispositions.
